How To Send Mobile App Logs

Android 

1. Log into the app. 

2. Click on the Menu button (three lines on the bottom right). 

3. Select "About". 

4. Select "Submit Log File". 

5. Add ticket number in the text area. 

6. Select email service (No need to allow contacts).

7. Send email to voipeng@gigtel.com

iOS
