To make an international call using GigTel service, you need to dial the prefix "011" before entering the country code and phone number.

For instance, if you're calling Melbourne, you should dial 01161396694916 (Melbourne Weather & Time Institute Test).

The "011" prefix is essential for routing your call outside the United States and ensuring that it connects to the correct international destination. If you forget to include "011" at the start, the call may not go through, leading to a failed connection or the inability to reach the number you dialed. So, always remember to begin with "011" for a successful international call.

Note: GigTel allows international calls 24/7 if the user has the International Light Dial Permission, however, If making a call outside of 7:00 am to 9:00 am EST Monday through Friday the system will prompt you for a pin to complete the call. This will just be your Voicemail Pin.
