(Note: This only applies to standard seats and above. Call center agents also do not have this ability.) (This also will not have any effect on ques, if that que is setup for devices.)
1.) Login to you phone account at portal.gigtel.com
2.) Navigate to 'Answering Rules'.
3.) To the right select the edit pencil.
4..) Select 'Always'
5.) Enter the phone number you would like to forward to with the 1 in front.
6.) Click 'Save'.
