GigTel provides services and technical support for users and endpoints located within the United States and Canada. At this time, we are unable to offer support for end users accessing GigTel services from international locations. Customers may, at their discretion, choose to connect users or endpoints located outside the U.S. or Canada (including mobile devices, web clients, softphones, desk phones, or other endpoint types). However, GigTel cannot guarantee or directly support call quality, feature functionality, service behavior, or the overall user experience for international users.
Our service footprint is governed by a combination of local, state, federal, and international regulatory requirements. As a result, GigTel is only authorized and equipped to provide supported services within the U.S. and Canada at this time.
If a support ticket or reported issue is determined to be related to an international user or endpoint that a customer has elected to add, GigTel Support will require the issue to be recreated with a user in the United States or Canada so we can investigate further.
