How To Change Voicemail Greeting

1.) Press the mailbox button on your phone (will look like a letter). If your phone does not have this button dial 5001 and call.

2.) If your user has a voicemail pin, please enter it followed by the # key.

3.) Press 6 to get into the greeting menu.

4.) Press 1 for new greeting. (If asked for the number of your greeting, you can press 1 again. This will overwrite your old greeting.

5.) Record your greeting, press # when you are finished. You then will be able to listen and save your greeting.
