How To Change Ring Time Out

Your ring timeout is essentially how long your phone will ring until it goes to your voicemail.

(Note: This only applies to standard seats and above, as they get portal access.)

1.) Login to you phone account at portal.gigtel.com

2.) Navigate to 'Answering Rules'.

3.) In the top left you can change your 'Ring for' to your desired time.
