1. Contact support@gigtel.com to receive your Access and License codes
2. Download Installer Version 10735 from MondaGo site.

3. Once You have downloaded and installed the GigTel desktop client, accept the terms and conditions and then click launch.
4. When prompted please enter the access code that was provided by a GigTel Technician. If you do not have an access code please make a ticket to support@gigtel.com.
5. When you launch the application, you will be greeting with the main login screen. From this screen, please enter the same user name and password used in the GigTel Portal. Please note that this user is not your emails address and that there is no .com at the end of the user entry.
Then, click the Advanced button.
6. Once you have clicked Advanced, you will need to confirm the Access Code previously provided and click the check boxes for "use proxy" as well as "Ignore invalid certificates".
7. Click Login
If you user has been enabled and configured by GigTel, you will now be able to login to the application. If your user has not been configured and enabled by GigTel, you will get a Forbidden. Reason: Forbidden. If this is the case please email support@GigTel.com to verify your account.
8. Enter your License Key provided by GigTel the select Register license key. If you do not have a license key, please reach out to support@gigtel.com.
If you receive the below error after entering your license key, please contact support@gigtel.com.
8. Once you have logged into the application you will be presented with the option to enable the different devices you have connected to your GigTel seat. You can choose from your connected device list to select what devices you want to allow the desktop software to interact with for pushing calls to and accepting calls from. Then at the bottom of the page you can set your preferred device, such as your desk phone. Click Next
9. Next, you will be presented with your audio configuration. From here you should select the microphone, speakers and device to play ringing for incoming calls. This will be different depending on the devices you want to use with your computer. Click Next
10. You will be given the option for Customer Feedback, this will be customer decision. Click Finish
