Please note that this application is still in the early stages of development. All features, functionality, and interface elements are subject to change as we continue building and refining the application.
To download the app scan the below QR code or search MyUnifiedMobile in the Apple App Store.
1. At first launch you will be prompted to allow My Unified Mobile to send you Notifications.
Select Allow
2. Next you will login with your GigTel Username and Password.
Note: If logging with a Reseller domain, you may not need your CIC code for the domain. (.WL82??)
3. You will be prompted to Allow Access to your Microphone and Contacts
Select Allow
Select Continue
You can choose between sharing all of you Contacts or select specific ones.
Note: If you select Select Contacts you can then select, Select Later if desired.
4. Once all permissions have been allowed you will be presented with the Main Screen (Key Pad).
Key Pad (Main Screen)
1. User Page - Encases all configurable user settings.
Account - Allows for Mobile Application to be Registered or De-Registered at will.
Home - Takes you back to the Home Screen.
Settings - Access to Phone and Device settings.
Voicemail - Shows users Voicemails. Can be sorted by New, Saved, and Trashed.
Mobile Number - Used for the Mobile Number called to Originate Outbound Calls via Mobile Phone instead of My Unified Mobile. See 4. Outbound Calling Origination for more information.
Answering Rules - Lists Users built Answering Rules.
Greetings - Displays users’ current greetings and allows you to edit, replace, or create new greetings.
Send Logs and Reports - Allows you to send in logs to Support when support has requested them.
Logout - Logout of the Mobile App.
2. Do Not Disturb Toggle - Toggle DND on or Off
Note: This is referring to DND for the mobile application itself and not the user, so all other user devices will still ring.
3. Outbound Calling Origination - Choose if outbound calls from the app come from My Phone Mobile or if your Mobile Phone is called and the outbound call is originated from your cell phone. Note: If originating from Mobile Phone, then Mobile Number will need to be configured in the User Page.
4. Voicemail - Shows users Voicemails. Can be sorted by New, Saved, and Trashed.
Recents
Displays recent call history, including inbound, outbound, and missed calls, with the ability to select an entry to return the call.
Contacts
Shows GigTel contacts and their current device registration status, with filters for All, Favorites, Enterprise, Phone, Private, and Shared.
Messages
Shows all GigTel messages to internal contacts, along with external SMS if configured for the user. Users can also create and send new messages and SMS conversations.
Answering a call from a locked device
Select MyUnifiedMobile to access the Apps in call features.
Answering a call from an unlocked device
