Warning - The GigTel portal can efficiently manage up to 300 contacts per user before experiencing noticeable latency. This can be any combination of shared and personal contacts. Exceeding this threshold or mistakenly importing contacts may result in significant performance issues, potentially necessitating the deletion of users or accounts to restore functionality.
Shared Contacts
1. As an Admin Login to the Manager Portal
2. Navigate to Users
3. Click on Shared Contacts
4. Click Add Shared Contact or Import using Outlook, Google, or Apple vCard
5. Complete the fields as desired. First Name and Last Name are required
Note: In order for the system to properly reference shared contacts for caller ID display, you must enter phone numbers in an 11 digit format.
6. Click Save
Note: When saving you can select the ^ and save and add another number.
Import Contacts
Users can import contacts to themselves or as shared contacts by selecting Import
Select the file in the shown supported formats and select Import.
Note: Files must be in the same format as the attached CSV file. Not all columns have to be used.
