1. Press and hold the OK. button for 5-10 seconds.
2. You'll see a confirmation message. Press OK.
3. The phone should the reset to Factory Settings.
If your provider has the Hold Ok button to Reset disabled then you will have to do so with the phones Admin Password.
Access the Phone Menu
- Press the OK or Menu button on the Yealink phone.
Navigate to Settings
- Enter Advanced Settings
- Select Advanced.
- When prompted, enter the Admin password.
Initiate the Factory Reset
- Scroll to and select Reset to Factory (sometimes listed as Factory Reset).
- Confirm the reset when prompted.
Allow the Phone to Reboot
- The phone will automatically reboot and restore to factory default settings.
- This process typically takes 1–3 minutes.
Note: If coming from another provider you will also have to have them release the device from their RPS if they had one, that way your device can be added to our Auto Provisioning Service and be brought online.
