Edit Users BLF Keys / Speed Dials

1. Log in to the Manager Portal 

2. Navigate to Inventory then Phone Hardware

3. Find the phone you wish to edit and select the Button Builder button or click on the devices MAC Address

4. Select the button you wish to edit and click Select a Feature

5. BLF will make a speed dial to another user. To use this just enter the extension of that user and select it once it populates. This will add the user with the system given name, You can add a custom name for this user if needed with the Custom Label option

6. Speed Dial is used to call other non GigTel numbers. To set this up select Speed Dial, then enter the phone number with no dashes or spaces. You can then enter a Custom Label.

7. Once you have added all of the buttons you would like, Click the ^ Next to Save in the bottom right and select Save and Resync. If you just select Save it will not be pushed to the phone and the buttons will update on next Reboot. Some phone models will reboot on a Resync, but other like Yealink will not.
