The Domain-Wide Call Blocking feature introduces the ability to block numbers company-wide (domain-wide), as opposed to on a user level or having the GigTel techs do so for you. This prevents specific numbers from calling the entire organization.
Note: Only Office Manager seats have this ability.
1. Log into the Manager Portal
2. Navigate to the domain you wish to place the block and select Call History
3. Here you have a couple options, the first being you can select the next to a number in the call history and block it here. It will give you a confirmation before blocking.
4. Another option is to select Blocked Numbers
5. Here is where you will see currently blocked numbers for the domain along with the ability to manually remove those blocks and or add new ones.
Adding more than 500 blocked numbers will still be enforced in call processing; however, the Portal will not properly populate the blocked number list. For full functionality, we suggest only blocking a maximum of 500 numbers.
